The Executive Committee of Brus Chambers are the equity partners of the law firm who take the core decision for the firm. The firm is a partnership firm formed by advocates and solicitors to engage in the practice of law. The firms primary service rendered by a law firm is to advise clients about their legal rights and responsibilities, and to represent clients in cases, business transactions, and other matters in which legal advice and other assistance are sought.
All partners and lawyers are registered on the rolls of their respective Bar Councils to practice law while some partners are also advocates on record on the rolls of the Supreme Court of India and also as solicitor (non-practising) of the Supreme Court of England and Wales and or also practising solicitor registered with the Bombay Incorporated Law Society.
