All e-filings have become a task, the time spent is humgous just navigating the same, be it courts, tribunal or ipindia.gov.in for trade mark filing.
For filing of trademark documents by attorneys (presume same is for agents)
Trade mark filing requires digital signature. a convulated process is described in user manual (DSCManual.pdf). Navigate through the document and sent your computer (Microsoft Edge) according to the explanation given therein for IE, IE really. If stuck at cmd in administrator mode, please use cmd from windows search at left bottom of win10 of bottom win11 and run it in administrator mode from there. This presuming u can login using password.
Once setting is done then logout and login with digital signature token. navigate and complete the document with attachments. once done u will get stumped at the payment cycle. It will tell you use chrome. digital signature token will not work with chrome for login.
Thus now login using chrome with password and complete the payment process.
it worked for me after 5 hours of trying to figure what to do.
